Very comfortable beds, bedding and pillows. It was cold outside but we did not have to switch on the heating overnight. The duvet was cozy warm. Very clean room and bathroom. As we spent our Christmas Holidays in Kalispell, everything was closed on Christmas Day. Everything. Even McDonalds and Burger King. But Holiday Inn saved us, as they were serving complimentary dinner in the breakfast room on Christmas Day: Ham, mashed potatoes, salad, dinner rolls. Thank you for saving Christmas.

This hotel is conveniently located just outside a busy national park in the middle of busy season. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice size dining area for breakfast. The housekeeping manager is attentive and willing to make improvements, as they mentioned trying something different. It is also within walking distance of plenty of shopping and quality food options nearby.
